- More than 14 days before course: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 7-14 days before course: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before course: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
- Course rescheduling: Available subject to availability, one-time transfer fee may apply

If we cancel a course due to:
- Insufficient enrolments: Full refund or transfer to alternative course
- Trainer illness or emergency: Rescheduling or full refund
